2nd Edition of Normandy Swing Festival

From 21 to 28  July 2012

Join us at the second edition of the Normandy Swing Festival . We are running another summer course course  at the beautiful CSN ( Sports Center ) in Houlgate .
As for the lessons , there will be 6 levels of Lindy Hop , 4 of Balboa and a new dance : The Blues with 3 levels  available.

A very fine cast of 5 pairs of international teachers and  on top we have added  3 pairs of young teachers who  will lead  lessons at  1st and 2nd levels .

The evenings will take place in the main room of the CSN and after  last year 's success ( evening on the seafront and classic  cars ) we decided  again  to plan one or two evenings outside ( more information about the place of these evenings will be given very soon ) . Several  DJ and bands will lead those evenings and a "cabaret" evening ( with its surprises ) will close the summer course .

As far as relaxation is concerned , swimming , nice walks along the beach . Deauville is 20min away , Honfleur 30min , Cabourg 10min away .
You will enjoy the facilities at the CSN : sauna , tennis court and the cafeteria  open at lunchtime and in the evening either for a drink or a coffee .
The people having made the 2011 summer course have priority to register on Monday December 19th , the others will make their registration from January 1st.

Be careful : limited number of rooms at the CSN . More rooms in a chalet for 4 people might be available at the holiday village in Dives sur mer ( 5min ) but be careful there are about ten chalets left . Information at the TLC holidays in Dives sur mer ( phone number 02 35 21 82 47 ). Minus 5% for the people joining the course .
